The "All USEFUL /TOUS UT'ÎLES" project is supported by ADILES association (Guadeloupe) in partnership with the NGO RAIDO Fundation (Poland).
ALL USEFUL has a dual objective:
- ) to develop the voluntary participation of people with visible or invisible disabilities in various areas of life (cultural, environmental, civic, political, etc.) with a view to promoting their social and professional inclusion in the labour market.
On a social level, it helps to improve the civic participation and inclusion of people with disabilities and enables them to communicate positively in their family environment and in their community about their roles as fully-fledged players, thereby changing mentalities and ensuring greater social diversity.
In professional terms, the voluntary involvement of people with disabilities can legitimately be seen as a springboard to employment, enabling them to enter the world of work and break out of their social isolation.
- ) to increase the visibility and positive recognition of the skills of people with disabilities (PWD) among professionals, public and private employers, civil society and the media. The aim is to raise awareness among socio-economic players of the opportunities and potential for economic integration and skills acquisition and development for people with disabilities, so that employers are more receptive to the idea of hiring candidates with disabilities.
All USEFUL is an initiative co-financed by the Erasmus + Education and Training programme.
